    1.3 If the food is frozen berries or contains bovine meat, I have treated those extra notice rules as in scope (or marked N/A)


    2. Clearance documents you hold

    2.1 I hold the clearance document the notice calls for (official certificate, consignment testing, documented evidence, and/or a valid NZ Importer Assurance)


    2.2 Those documents can be matched to this consignment (product and lot identity)


    2.3 Documents are in English or have a clear English translation


    2.4 If testing is the clearance path, I know which laboratory and which criteria apply — or I have marked N/A


    3. When this is not enough

    3.1 If the pathway is unclear, I will get a designed clearance pathway before I ship (this form does not design that pathway)


    3.2 I can store the clearance documents with the importer record for this food
